This role sits within the Partnerships and Events team and is responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of partnerships and events activity across the Integrated Marketing Team.
The Partnerships & Events Co-Ordinator will be tasked with administrative support and deployment of end to end partnerships and event execution.
The role will be responsible for supporting the ongoing development of partnership opportunities and events deployment - managing assets, ticketing, production, and creative, ensuring a consistent process throughout. In addition, reporting and presenting the outcomes of events and partnerships activity to the broader team is a key part of this role.
The Partnerships & Events Co-ordinator will need to develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders under the direction of the Senior Manager – Events and Partnerships
Success in this role will be evaluated on the ability to work collaboratively cross business in order to -
- Support the development of partnership opportunities in conjunction with event deployment
- Deliver best in class integrated executions in line with partner commitments and event marketing strategies
- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for external partners, suppliers and agencies
Support studio & content releases with ATL and BTL partner campaigns to help drive reach and scale in market
This is a 11-month contract
Ideal experience:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Previous project management experience
- Knowledge of Australian event and partner marketing Landscape
- Experience managing internal stakeholders and external partners and suppliers
- Experience in creating and the development of briefing presentations
- Experience supporting the development of marketing plans
- Understanding of media and content landscape in Australia and New Zealand including cinema and digital platforms
- Demonstrated strategic and creative thinking, with an ability to prioritse workload to meet deadlines
- High level interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
