**About the role**

With less than 100 days to Mo, it’s an exciting time to join the Movember fundraising team You will be responsible for supporting the Partnerships and New Business team to deliver on existing partnerships and new business outcomes. You will be allocated an assigned revenue target leading to the development of Movember's fundraising community.

Our amazing partner portfolio includes lululemon, Coles, POLITIX menswear, Total Tools, and many more, all who are dedicated to driving Movember’s mission with us.

This is a permanent full-time position with the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your work between home and our Richmond office.

**You’ll have the opportunity to**
- Assist with the delivery of the Partnerships and New Business strategy
- Use the CRM (Salesforce) as the single tool to record partner's contact information and key interactions with Movember
- Steward a selected portfolio of existing Promotional Partners
- Implement partner activation plans
- Work to identify new business opportunities
- Support the delivery of Movember pitch presentations to new and existing business
- Collaborate with different teams across Movember including Marketing, Fundraising and Development and the Creative Services teams
- Actively participate in fundraising events
- Increase public awareness of men's health issues and the work that the Movember does to support these

**For this role, you’ll need**
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships
- Good organisation skills, the ability to prioritise and manage several projects concurrently and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-starter/high level of internal motivation
- Ability to work in a fast paced and growth environment
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in research techniques, database management

**Bonus points for**
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Health or other related discipline
- Previous experience in a fundraising role
- Previous experience in a marketing, account management or agency role
