Why You'll Love This Role
As our Inventory Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of inventory accuracy—conducting cycle counts, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring our stock is always where it should be. You'll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our inventory data and supporting smooth warehouse operations. It's also only three days per week – so plenty of time to take care of the things and people you love
Please note that this is initially a 6 month fixed term contract; however there may be the opportunity to extend to permanent down the track.
What You'll Be Doing
- Execute scheduled cycle counts and support stocktakes
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate stock quantities and locations
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Support quality control checks and product damage investigations
- Respond to inventory queries in a timely manner

- Previous experience in retail or supply chain (a bonus)
- Familiarity with MS Excel and WMS systems (a plus)
- Previous experience with RF scanners (another bonus)
- Forklift licence (another plus)
