Lead a Thriving Student CommunityWe're on the lookout for a proactive and people-focused Property Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our Hawkesbury campus/student accommodation location. If you're passionate about creating a great resident experience and ready to take the next step in your career, this could be your perfect fit.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead property operations while enhancing resident satisfaction and streamlining administration.
  • Maximise occupancy and budgets with a keen focus on performance and efficiency.
  • Build strong partnerships with university stakeholders and key external partners.
  • Inspire and mentor your team to deliver excellence across two dynamic sites.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety standards and legislative requirements.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Prior experience in hospitality, student accommodation or property management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A solutions-focused mindset and desire to grow professionally
  • Confident decision-maker with exceptional attention to detail
