Reporting to the Head of Property Development, and working closely with the Development team, this is an integral position to provide PA support to 1 executive, and ad hoc administrative support for their team.

**Your daily duties will include**:

- Support Head of Development in day-to-day organisation
- Diary management for Head of Development including the coordination of internal and external meetings
- Inbox management for Head of Development
- Support and liaise with wider Development team
- Coordinate and set up team meetings such as internal meetings, PCGs and inspections liaising with office assistant when required
- Organise events and tours for investors and staff
- Manage team’s travel and airline bookings
- Create presentation and report documents
- Manage administration of Development agreements
- Support in accumulating due diligence documents for projects
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as required

**To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes**:

- 2- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within EA/PA, Team Assistant, Office Coordinator or similar administrative capacity
- An interest in the Property industry is beneficial
- Experience in Property Development, Construction, Real Estate or related industry highly regarded but not necessary
- Solid experience with Microsoft Suite necessary
- Team Player with strong verbal/written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Self-motivated with positive attitude and attention to detail
- Great time management skills and a “finisher”
