**What You’ll Do**- This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Coordinate and publish daily/weekly work schedules for PAS activities at the base.- Allocate resources, trades, and subcontractors to tasks in line with priority and contractual response times.- Ensure urgent works and unplanned tasks are integrated into schedules with mínimal disruption.- Accurately enter, update, and close work orders in PAS systems (e.g., SAP, GEMS, CMMS).- Liaise with PAS Manager, Supervisors, subcontractors, and Defence representatives to confirm work readiness.- Coordinate with the Technical Services Hub for alignment on asset data, compliance requirements, and scheduling procedures.

**What You’ll Bring**- Experience in maintenance or works scheduling within facilities management, asset management or logistics environments- Certificate III in Business or Logistics (mandatory)- Certificate IV in Asset Management- White Card and site access credentials (desirable)- Ability to obtain and retain Defence Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required)- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-trade or multi-discipline work programs
