An award-winning Property Management Team based in Richmond are looking for an experienced Property Manager to slot straight into a tight knit team within a larger team. This team work together alongside their team leader to offer the highest level of customer service to their landlords and tenants. You will love working alongside great colleagues and being able to share your experiences to achieve better results across you team.

This role will require you to have at least 6 months experience as a Property Manager to manage 195 properties with full support from maintenance, leasing and inspections team. You are required to use PropertyMe, InspectRealEstate, Open Table plus VA support - feedback has been excellent on the software and structure of how the portfolios are run
