**Position Summary**

As a Duty Manager, you will support the Front Office Manager in overseeing all aspects of departmental operations. You’ll make impactful business decisions, create memorable guest experiences, and embody our values of curiosity, balance, and eco-minded living.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing daily front office operations to uphold hotel standards.
- Reolve guest complaints and disputes with professionalism and empathy.
- Serve as the welcoming face of the hotel, ensuring a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure.
- Supervise staffing levels to meet service
- Master the hotel’s operating system (OPERA or similar) to exceed guest expectations
- Foster strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat bookings.

**About You**
- Previous experience in a similar managerial role.
- Proficiency with OPERA or similar property management systems.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Enthusiastic about career growth and development.
- Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
