HR Support Officer (Hybrid | Entry-Level)

About the Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic HR Support Officer to join a dynamic and growing HR team.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals starting their career in human resources who want to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and people management.

You'll be primarily remote, with occasional in-person sessions for team meetings, training, and project reviews.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with maintaining and updating employee records, contracts, and compliance documents

Support the recruitment process — job postings, application tracking, and interview coordination

Help manage HR projects, onboarding activities, and internal communications

Prepare reports, correspondence, and HR-related documentation for management

Ensure confidentiality and accuracy across all HR and administrative processes

Compensation: AUD $32–$38 per hour (based on skills and performance)

About You

Degree or current studies in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline

Previous HR or administrative experience preferred but not required

Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal communication skills

Competent in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools

Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
