Inside Sales RepresentativeABOUT THE ROLE
As an Inside Sales Representative you are part of our sales team and will play a fundamental part in meeting our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, assisting our account managers, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing and processing sales. With your natural sales ability and strong communication skills, you will establish a good rapport with our existing customers and bring new customers on board. You are always customer-orientated and enjoy dealing with people. Your profile is rounded off by a proactive and go get it attitude.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Establish and develop relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Create new sales opportunities through research, lead generation and cold calling
- Promote product portfolio & services
- Offer creation and follow up
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Customer correspondence by e-mail and telephone
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Minimum 2 years of proven inside sales experience
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Excellent customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- Experience working in a high-volume, target-driven sales environment
- Experience working with a technical product, preferably in solar/batteries is an advantage
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Sage
- PV industry experience is an advantage
- Right to work in Australia is a must have
