ready to deliver meaningful, in-home care to patients across Fraser Coast, based out of our
Hervey Bay clinic.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing in-home rehab, mobility, and strengthening programs
  • Supporting patients with pain management and functional goals
  • Working across NDIS, aged care, and WorkCover clients
  • Collaborating with other Allied Health professionals to achieve outstanding results
