About the roles

We are looking for an experienced Learning Enrichment Administration Aide to contribute to the positive learning environment at FCAC. This position is responsible to the Director of Learning Enrichment for the day-to-day performance of duties.

Duties

As a Learning Enrichment Administration Aide, you will:

• Maintain confidentiality in relation to all matters.
• Provide a high level of customer and administrative support to the Learning Enrichment team.
• Provide general clerical and administrative assistance to the Director of Learning Enrichment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases using Microsoft programs, TASS and other applications.
• In consultation with the Director for Learning Enrichment, coordinate interviews and prepare correspondence.
• Liaise with relevant staff and parents and coordinate Learning Enrichment meetings.
• Assist the Director of Learning Enrichment with processing and reporting if needed.
• Telephone reception for the relevant department.
• Receive and handle enquiries, concerns etc. from staff, students, parents and visitors.
• Working with and supporting students in relation to Exit Cards and collecting students from classrooms.
• General administration tasks including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
• Knowledge of and troubleshooting for office equipment e.g. printers and photocopiers.
• Maintain both manual and electronic filing systems to provide easy access to relevant files.

Ability to apply for a current Queensland working with children check (Blue Card) is essential.
