• The 18-month program includes rotations within core business units, designed to challenge thinking, provide insights into complex projects, and build a comprehensive understanding of our operations.

Throughout this period, significant development will be offered and provided in areas of your interest. Upon completion of the Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to move into a permanent role that is matched to your skills, abilities, and career pathway. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? As a Graduate in our Commercial stream, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of hands-on projects to gain valuable experience, including: Learning about our customers and their integral role in our business through exposure to our customer-facing sales and marketing teams. Supporting market research, competitor analysis, and contributing to the development of commercial strategies. Assisting with identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and engaging with potential clients. Contributing to sales reporting and analysis, optimizing sales processes, and supporting the sales team's day-to-day activities. Being involved in cross-functional projects aimed at improving commercial processes, productivity, or customer satisfaction. Developing an understanding of the financial drivers of the business and how commercial decisions impact profitability. Learning and progressing your understanding of commercial processes through engagement with the relevant teams. Understanding our customers' integral role in our business through exposure to our customer-facing engineering and sales teams. Are you a MATCH?

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who aspire to be the next future leaders of Air Liquide, and who possess: Strong interpersonal skills and values, particularly high levels of accountability, adaptability, and a deep care for colleagues and ethics. A passion for business and commercial strategy, coupled with recent qualifications in Commerce, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Resilience and a desire to be challenged and grow beyond their comfort zone. A collaborative spirit, with a keen interest to be hands-on and build strong working relationships with staff and customers. A commitment to keeping themselves and others safe. To be eligible to apply for our Graduate Program, you will: Have valid work rights for a minimum of 18 months from January 20

• Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field in the last three years (i.e., 2023, 2024) or be due to complete by December 20
