Provide excellent after sales support to achieve high customer satisfaction towards Honda brand

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints and goods delivery matters promptly and efficiently.
  • Carry out & execute daily/ weekly/ monthly/ yearly duty efficiently as assigned by immediate superior according to company expectations.
  • Able to provide report on a timely basis for the tasks given by the superior.
  • Track work progress from time to time and make sure that due dates are fulfilled.
  • Prepare necessary items assigned by immediate superior to support BSH's internal Unit/ Section/ Department/ Division's request according to unit function responsibility.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with dealers, suppliers and vendors, following the rules and regulations set by the company.
  • Monitor dealers' financial situation and follow up for on time payment for due standing amount.
  • Communicate actively with other Unit/ Section/ Department/ Division members to enhance BSH operations' efficiency through cross functional activities.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment
  • To undertake any other projects, tasks & duties assigned by superior from time to time.
  • Manage project, negotiate pricing, terms and delivery schedule with suppliers, make sure to fulfill the timeline of the planned schedule.
  • Increase, retain & ensure satisfaction of internal and external customer towards Honda services & brand by conducting and implementing excellent customer service support.
