A Snapshot
As a Delivery Manager based in our HQ in Sydney you will report to the Director, Enterprise Architecture and Delivery and work closely with various teams and leadership across the Asia Pacific region, making your mark in a number of ways:
Manage the successful delivery of key programs and projects within AirTrunk, ensuring delivery timelines, quality standards, and business objectives are met by coordinating people, processes and technology.
Lead end-to-end delivery within a cross-functional pod, working closely with the Product Owner and Solution Lead to drive successful outcomes.
Apply modern delivery practices to manage scope, timelines, risks, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business priorities.
With a strong focus on value realisation, you will monitor progress, track financials, and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into performance, enabling informed decision-making and proactive risk management.
Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture, champion agile ways of working, and support change management to embed new solutions effectively across the business.

The ideal candidate excels in outcome-focused delivery, leveraging agile methodologies and MVP approaches to enable speed to value. They bring deep experience in aligning solutions with strategic objectives, driving iterative progress, and ensuring that every initiative delivers measurable impact. A strong understanding of stakeholder engagement, prioritisation, and continuous improvement is essential.
Your Day to Day
Own delivery outcomes for projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Drive the end-to-end delivery lifecycle: scoping, team setup, risk management, quality assurance, go-live, and handover - proactively resolving blockers and enabling cross-team collaboration.
Apply best-practice delivery methodologies to manage scope, timelines, risks, and resources effectively.
Monitor and report on delivery progress, financial investments, and value realisation tracking.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide clear visibility into project performance and alignment with strategic goals.
Ensure transparency of delivery status to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and proactive risk management.
Partner with the Product Owner to prioritise work based on value, dependencies, and readiness, and with the Solution Lead to ensure technical feasibility and quality.
Champion agile ways of working, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and iterative delivery.
Remove impediments, manage risks, and optimise delivery flow to enable rapid progress and measurable outcomes.
Foster team effectiveness and delivery rhythm through structured rituals (standups, retrospectives) and escalation flows that focus on resolution rather than noise.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the pod.
Support change management activities to drive adoption and successfully embed new solutions across the business.
Support the Practice Lead in embedding best-practice delivery methodologies to manage scope, timelines, risks, and resources effectively and continuous improvement practices.
Requirements
Proven experience in delivery management within agile or hybrid environments working in a pod or squad-based structure.
Experience managing multiple projects, with the ability to align teams from diverse backgrounds towards shared business outcomes.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and large-scale delivery objectives.
Strong understanding of agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and lean delivery principles.
Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk and issue management.
Strong strategic planning proactive problem-solving, and adaptive thinking - anticipating risks and building resilience into plans.
Advanced use of digital productivity tools and project management platforms
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Professional certifications PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, or similar.
