Job Summary
We are seeking a Delivery Manager to play a pivotal role in leading the successful delivery of technology and business initiatives across our Group Technology Services (GTS) portfolio. This position will drive high-performing teams, embed best-practice delivery frameworks, and ensure that projects across DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects across the GTS portfolio, including DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure initiatives.
- Provide delivery leadership and coaching to project managers and delivery leads, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Oversee consistent application of delivery practices, portfolio governance, and performance reporting.
- Manage and resolve delivery impediments, dependencies, and risks to ensure smooth execution and timely outcomes.
- Drive adoption of the organizational delivery framework (SAFe / hybrid agile-waterfall models), ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with business owners, product managers, development leads, and other technology teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Manage financial tracking, budgeting, and forecasting for programs within scope.
- Produce transparent, data-driven reporting and insights for senior stakeholders.
- Support delivery uplift initiatives across tools, processes, and reporting cadences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Cyber Leadership, Finance & Reporting, BI & Analytics, and Strategy & Portfolio teams.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in program or delivery management within technology environments.
- Proven experience managing DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, and portfolio management frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to create and interpret delivery insights.
- Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Desirable: Understanding of change management within technology delivery contexts.
