Caroline Counsel Family offering Lawyers (CCFL) is one of Australia's leading family law boutique firms and we have a paralegal role with your name on it

The successful candidate will need exceptional personal presentation at the highest level even when working in the online environment. It is vital that you possess great communication and people skills are also vitally important as it is a front-facing role, and you will often be the first point of contact with our clients. The successful candidate will also require the ability to multi-task and prioritise work and demonstrate adaptive thinking when working with CCFL's processes and procedures. You will demonstrate proficient software management, typing, AI and have above competent computer skills (such as being familiar with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Microsoft To Do, etc). As the firm will be making a significant commitment to your training, you will need to satisfy your commitment to both working in the legal field and working in Australia, including an ability to remain living and working here.

Necessary Elements Of Your Application Include

  • At least 2 references and contact details of your referees; and
  • Any other qualification which may be relevant to the role of an administrative assistant in a law firm.

Previous experience in a law firm or Community Legal Centre or equivalent of at least one year is essential.
