Loving Start Childcare & Education is a **beautiful, purpose-built early learning centre** opening soon in the heart of Healesville. We’re forming a dedicated team of passionate educators — and we’re looking for an **experienced, motivated, and inspiring Centre Director (Centre Manager)** to lead the way.

This is a rare opportunity to guide a brand-new service from its early stages, shape its culture, and make a meaningful impact in the local community.

**About the Role**

As our Centre Director, you will:

- Lead the centre’s daily operations with professionalism and care.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a passionate team of educators.
- Oversee compliance, enrolments, family engagement, and quality improvement.
- Foster strong partnerships with families and the wider Healesville community.
- Work closely with the owners to create a supportive, high-quality environment for all.

**About You**

You are:

- Diploma or Bachelor qualified (ACECQA approved).
- Experienced in a leadership role such as Centre Director, Assistant Director, or 2IC.
- Skilled in team management, communication, and regulatory compliance.
- Passionate about early education, with a strong focus on quality and relationships.
- Confident, warm, and ready to lead a brand-new centre to excellence.
