What's the role.

  • Oversee and drive the performance of Langdon Coffee Merchants end-to-end supply chain operations across Australia, New Zealand, and UK
  • Lead procurement planning and forecasting for AU, NZ and UK
  • Manage inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations
  • Oversee international logistics and freight operations, including documentation, customs, coordination with brokers and 3PL providers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers
  • Oversee domestic freight contracts and ensuring timely distribution
  • Lead continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives across logistics, procurement, and warehousing
  • Ensure compliance with industry certifications, regulatory requirements, and manage relevant audits and gap evaluations
  • Manage a small team providing leadership, training, and performance oversight.

About you.

  • A strategic thinker with a strong operational focus who can lead cross-functional tasks and manage complex international logistics and compliance processes
  • A solid understanding of global supply chain networks
  • Demonstrates commercial acumen and an analytical mindset
  • Builds productive partnerships with external suppliers, logistics providers and internal teams
  • Experienced in using ERP and supply chain management software
  • Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis within supply chain and operations
  • Familiar with industry regulations, documentation, and certification standards relevant to international logistics and food safety.
