Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations across Asia Pacific
  • Manage, mentor and lead team of 2
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory obligations, and reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions
  • Build strong relationships with outsourced payroll providers and key internal stakeholders
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline payroll processes
  • Conduct payroll audits and manage payroll tax obligations
  • Oversee key year-end processes, reconciliations, and compliance reporting (WGEA, workers' compensation, payroll tax)
  • Support major payroll system and HRIS transformation projects

  • APAC Payroll Manager Experience
  • Proven leadership skills while remaining hands-on and detail-focused
  • Deep knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation and compliance
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication style
  • Flexible, hardworking, solutions-focused, and committed to delivering excellence
