About Us:
Workforce & Payroll Solutions is a high-performing, forward-thinking team known for delivering excellence in both operational and strategic advisory services. We bring deep expertise and a big-picture mindset to everything we do — helping clients solve complex challenges across the full workforce and payroll lifecycle.
Our consultants come from diverse backgrounds, united by a passion for systems, process optimisation, service delivery, and impactful project outcomes. We thrive on collaboration, continuously learn from one another, and stay ahead of the curve through innovation and curiosity.
Whether it's driving better performance, enabling transformation, or building sustainable solutions, we're trusted advisors who care about getting it right — for our clients, and for each other.
About the role:
Are you a payroll legend with a passion for impact?
You're the kind of person who gets that payroll isn't just about numbers — it's the beating heart of a well-oiled HR machine. You have a natural curiosity for how all the moving parts connect, and you know that great payroll outcomes don't happen in isolation — they rely on strong systems, seamless integration, and collaboration across the broader HR ecosystem.
You love a challenge, thrive in a project environment, and probably can't help but talk about how powerful payroll can be when it's given the attention, investment, and innovation it deserves. If you're someone who sees payroll as a valuable asset (not just a back-office function), and you want to make a genuine difference for organisations and their people — we want to hear from you.
This isn't about checking reports and processing pays. This is about transforming the function, unlocking value, and showing clients just how impactful payroll can be when it's done right.
Collaborative Consulting: Work alongside experienced team members to help clients improve their payroll function, technology landscape, workforce management processes, or even lead a large-scale implementation. You'll provide valuable insights and contribute to designing and implementing smarter, more efficient systems, ways of working and client outcomes.
Fresh Ideas & Problem-Solving: Bring your curiosity and creative thinking to the table. Whether it's streamlining a process, exploring new tech, or solving tricky problems, we want you to think outside the box and help us make things better.
Project Management: Managing client projects from start to finish. You'll be supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of projects—Leverage or expand your experience with timelines, budgets, and client communications.
Continuous Learning & Growth: This is your chance to dive deep into payroll, HRIS, and workforce management systems. You'll learn from experts, sharpen your project management skills, and expand your knowledge across a wide range of solutions and tools.
Positive Team Spirit: We're a fun, collaborative team, and we want you to bring your energy and positivity to the mix. You'll help keep things running smoothly and contribute to a great work environment.
- Tech Curiosity: If you're excited by the ever-evolving world of tech, this is a wonderful place for you to explore new tools, systems, and approaches that make a real difference for our clients.
Enough about us, let's talk about you
Are you ready to take your experience to the next level and join a passionate team that thrives on innovation? We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Manager to join our Workforce & Payroll Solutions (WPS) Advisory team If you've got a solid foundation in payroll, we want to see what you can do
Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years' experience with Payroll. HRIS, or Workforce Management is a bonus Whether you've worked with payroll teams, payroll systems, or payroll program management, we want to hear how you can contribute.
Project Management: You've been a project SME or lead and are looking to expand in this area. You're eager for the chance to demonstrate your experience and learn from seasoned professionals while sharing your knowledge to lead opportunities in program delivery.
Natural Curiosity: You're constantly learning, exploring new ideas, and asking questions. Whether it's understanding how tech can improve processes or figuring out how to streamline a workflow, your curiosity will help drive your success.
Positive and Collaborative: You bring a "can-do" attitude to the team. You're excited to collaborate with others, share ideas, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work culture.
Desire to Grow: You're looking for a role that will allow you to develop and expand your skills, whether that's in payroll, HRIS, project management, or all of the above. You're excited about where this path can take you and what you can deliver.
Relationship Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
