About The FirmThis highly regarded specialist Town Planning and Design firm with offices in Victoria and Queensland, is looking to appoint a Landscape Architect permanently.

Position OverviewReporting to the Melbourne Design Manager, you will support a team of 5 Landscape Architects in delivering outstanding projects across the region. This is an opportunity to be a part of projects from concept design to delivery - including contract administration.    

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing high-quality design development and construction documentation packages.
  • Coordinating documentation across multidisciplinary teams
  • Translating design intent into accurate, buildable details
  • Working with contractors, suppliers, and consultants during delivery
  • Supporting senior team members in project administration and compliance
  • Ensuring documentation aligns with project timelines and budgets.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Hold a degree in Landscape Architecture (AILA registration desirable, not essential)
  • Bring circa 2 years of experience, with a strong focus on documentation and delivery.
  • Project experience within greenfield masterplanning is advantageous.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Rhino etc.
  • Have strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and local standards.
  • Are detail-driven, organised, and collaborative
  • Experience in contract administration is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
