- Champion best practices in cloud adoption, microservices, APIs, and integration strategies.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations to support innovation and scalability.
Collaboration & Governance
- Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to align solutions with business objectives.
- Contribute to architecture governance processes, ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create repeatable solution patterns that accelerate delivery.
Strategic Impact
- Support the Chief Architect in shaping the organisation's enterprise architecture strategy.
- Drive adoption of modern approaches such as DevOps, containerisation, and event-driven systems.
- Enable business growth through resilient, high-performance architectures that adapt to market demand.
Skills & experience:

- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid IT environments.
- Strong background in infrastructure as code (IaC), container platforms (Kubernetes, Docker), and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with integration patterns, APIs, microservices, and messaging platforms.
- Strong understanding of security-by-design principles, compliance frameworks, and risk management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Prior experience in high-growth or transformation environments is highly desirable.
Additionally you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, GCP Professional Cloud Architect) preferred.
- TOGAF, SAFe, or similar enterprise architecture certifications desirable.
