Ausland is a successful project management company in landscape construction and maintenance, operating since 1996 currently maintaining in the region of 100 contracts across Melbourne. Ausland is the preferred landscaping partner of leading landscape architects, property developers, and local councils across Melbourne.

  • Motivated and hardworking individual to join as a Commercial Landscaping Labourer/Apprentice
  • Learn and develop skills through on-the-job training and potential apprenticeship coursework.
  • Strong physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks

  • Follow site plans and directions from supervisors and perform general labour duties such as digging, lifting, and site clean-up.

  • Basic understanding of construction practices and safety procedures

  • Previous experience in construction or labouring preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions
  • Excellent reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
  • Valid White Card (Construction Induction Card) – essential
  • Driver's license and own transport – highly regarded
