The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Accounts Officer who takes ownership of both payables and receivables. You'll handle invoicing, reconciliations, NDIS claims, and supplier payments keeping cashflow steady and records accurate. It's a varied role that touches every part of the business, from warehouse and showroom to customer funding.

What You'll Do
  • Process supplier invoices and customer payments in Zoho Books
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payment gateways
  • Raise invoices, chase payments, and resolve discrepancies
  • Support month-end tasks and NDIS funding claims
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in AP/AR or bookkeeping
  • Confident with accounting software (Zoho Books, Xero, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable communicating across the team and with customers
