**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Strong English & Vietnamese language skills, particularly in verbal communication over the phone.
- Be a “people person”
- Have the ability to deliver a conversation in a positive way to bring the best and fun experience to customers and stakeholders, make them feel a personal touch after conversations.
- Conduct different check-in calls to help clients monitors budgets and enhance satisfaction.
- Work under the guidance of seniors and other team members to support the team to maintain and improve HiCom's relationship with stakeholders: customers, service providers, government agencies, families of people with disabilities etc.
- Store data and memo of all conversations, make full notes to ensure everyone in the team can follow up.
- Communicate and liaise with service providers, clients, or other stakeholders when troubleshooting invoicing issues or resolve queries.
- Other ad-hoc duties and admin tasks of their own jobs.

**Experience**
- Minimum Bachelor Degree, Accounting or Finance background is preferrable.
- 1-2 years of working experience in Customer Service/Administrative jobs, preferably in office/corporate culture.
- Basic computer experience, have the skills to enter information with fast typing ability but still ensure accuracy.
- Familiar with Excel, good computer skills in general
- You will be trained and mentored, but you also need to be able to think logically and work independently with sense of completion.
