**About the Role**:
This part-time position is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative experience who is eager to start their career in a corporate environment or take the next step into a Personal Assistant role. Reporting to the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to the CEO of a small, dynamic business. This role requires exceptional time management, organisational skills, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks with discretion and confidentiality.

The position starts at **30 hours per week**, with the potential to increase to full-time as the role evolves.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist the CEO with day-to-day tasks, including managing the calendar and scheduling meetings when the EA is unavailable.
- Accompany and drive the CEO to meetings and appointments as required.
- Gather, negotiate, and review quotes for various services and products.
- Manage office supplies, including coordinating orders and ensuring timely replenishment.
- Handle personal tasks, such as school drop-offs/pick-ups and running personal errands.
- Coordinate food and coffee runs when necessary.
- Collaborate with the accounts department to provide financial and administrative support.
- Organise social events and team gatherings, ensuring smooth execution.
- Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality regarding personal and business matters.
- Take detailed meeting minutes when required.

**About You**:

- Previous experience working closely with a CEO is highly advantageous.
- Has some experience in administration and is eager to learn and grow.
- Possesses excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Is highly motivated, with a can-do attitude and attention to detail.
- Communicates professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities.
- Has a valid driver’s license and is confident driving for work-related tasks.
- Is well-presented and can liaise effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
