Executive Assistant to Managing Director

**About the job**:
- **Key responsibilities, include, but not limited to**:_
- Calendar management for personal and business commitments & provide daily reminders.
- Inbox management including screening internal and external requests of the Director, highlighting issues for attention and responding at the Director's request.
- Book domestic and international travel.
- Running errands as required (dry cleaning, gift buying etc).
- Management of home, car and investment property maintenance as required.
- Help organise and execute company and personal events.
- Order office supplies.
- Expense management.
- Meeting preparation (presentation, coordination, agendas, minutes, etc).
- Maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders and the wider community in consultation with and under the direction of the Managing Director.
- Coordination and reconciliation of expense claims and corporate credit cards.
- **To be successful in this position, you will have**:_
- Previous experience as an Personal Assistant for Senior Management.
- Understanding of general accounting principles.
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and knowledge in using Xero.
- Clear stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent time management, problem solving, organisational, written, and verbal skills.
- Self motivated and the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
- High level of flexibility to meet sometimes rapidly changing priorities and variable working duties and hours.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
