Day to day, you'll:

  • Dive into complaint data to spot trends and find solutions.
  • Create clear, accurate reports for leaders and committees.
  • Work closely with teams across the business.
  • Help improve how we collect and manage data.
  • Stay up to date with industry changes and keep us compliant.

This role is a permanent opportunity.
