About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Healthcare Sales and based in our Port Melbourne office, this role is primarily focused on the acute care sector and corporate aged care groups. You will be responsible for engaging key decision-makers, consultants, and healthcare providers to position Austco's advanced Critical Care Communication solutions into new and existing infrastructure projects across Victoria, with occasional involvement in national opportunities as required.
You will manage the full sales lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and contributing to strategy, through to collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of three years' experience in a Nurse Call industry solution sales role or have a strong background in delivering technical hardware and software-based systems within hospital or aged care environments. They will demonstrate a proven track record in healthcare-related solution sales, with the ability to showcase their success through measurable outcomes. Equally important, they will possess excellent collaboration skills, working effectively within a team to achieve outstanding results for both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support strategic sales initiatives and drive successful project outcomes.
- Promote Austco's products and integrated solutions across the Victorian healthcare market.
- Work closely with the Head of Healthcare Sales, Technical Sales Manager, and project delivery teams to present best-in-class solutions using Austco and partner technologies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consulting engineers, project influencers, and healthcare providers.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive territory plan using the Austco CRM platform.
- Help foster a high-performance sales culture aligned with company values.
- Ensure compliance with Austco's employment and safety policies.
