Facilities Manager- Fixed Term Contract –4- 6 moths

This multi-site retail destination attracts
over 5 million visitors a year. With over 200 speciality stores, they have an opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to join their team on a fixed term contract (4-6 month) to oversee all safety, compliance and operational management. 

Reporting to the Head of Safety and Operations Manager, you will oversee all repairs, maintenance, asset management, capital improvement and expenditure and making sure all traders comply to standards and contractual obligations. You will oversee all external contractors such as cleaning, security and safety and will work closely with them to ensure they are educated and informed around expectations to uphold all operating standards across the facility from day-to-day trading and specially around key events and festivals.

To be successful in this role you will
be experienced in Facilities Management with exposure to Shopping Centre or other Commercial assets such as large-scale Education or Hospital environments
. Y
our success will be supported by a thorough knowledge of
Building Management Systems and Processes and a practical understanding of OH&S Legislation and Risk Management frameworks. You will be highly proficient with excel, have outstanding attention to detail and analytical skills and are used to budget management and expense control.

You will possess superior relationship building skills and the maturity to relate to people from all backgrounds. Your high levels of enthusiasm, energy and resourcefulness will inspire and drive results.
A qualification in Facilities Management, Certificate IV or Diploma in an associated field such as Workplace Training & Assessment, Security, Risk Management or Workplace Health & Safety is highly desirable.
