Facility Manager – Building Maintenance

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the upkeep, presentation, and smooth operation of our facilities. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills who can coordinate contractors, manage costs, and ensure our buildings remain in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure buildings are well-maintained, and presented to a high standard
  • Coordinate and supervise external contractors, ensuring quality outcomes.
  • Source and negotiate competitive pricing for maintenance and service works.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance schedules, works completed, and supplier details.
  • Ensure facilities meet essential compliance and safety requirements.
  • Look for opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.

About You

  • Previous experience in facilities management, maintenance coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong contractor management and negotiation skills.
  • Organised and detail-oriented with a focus on record-keeping.
  • Ability to balance day-to-day operational needs with forward planning.
  • Practical, solutions-focused approach with strong communication skills.
  • CirrusFM experience preferred
