The Role
We are seeking new talent to join our team. You will be working with a small team of chefs. If you enjoy the excitement of working in a medium scale kitchen; with the opportunity to work on seasonal dishes to challenge your skills and creativity, then this role is for you
To ensure your success in this role you will have
Minimum 1 years' experience.
Able to work 3-4 days across a 7 day operation.
Great work life balance. Rosters are usually early start at 7am-4pm or 10am - 8pm.
Be a positive leader and can work without supervision.
Have a sound knowledge of WH&S, HACCP, Par levels, stock control, ordering, Stock taking and allergens and dietary requirements.
· True team player, respectful and supportive to staff
· Delivery of high standards in food quality and taste for events
· Chef qualifications or trade experience equivalent
· Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills
· Exceptional grooming and pride in presentation
· Ability to mentor, lead and coach other team members
· You will be reliable, dedicated, willing to continue learning and passionate
