The Last Piece is looking for a passionate, skilled, and driven Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a sharp eye for detail, and a love for high-quality food, we want to hear from you


What You'll Do:

  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Supervise and motivate kitchen staff to maintain top performance
  • Ensure consistency and quality in every dish served
  • Assist with menu planning, inventory, and food costing
  • Uphold hygiene and food safety standards at all times

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen (at least 1 in a supervisory role)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A hands-on team player with a can-do attitude
  • Culinary qualification or equivalent experience
  • Passion for innovation and excellence in food preparation
