About the Role:
We're on the hunt for a Junior Sous Chef to join our growing events team. Reporting to the Head Chef and Sous Chef, this hands-on role supports the delivery of high-quality, creative menus across a diverse range of private and corporate events. It's a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie ready to step up or an existing Junior Sous looking to gain experience across large-scale functions.
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial kitchens, including functions or banquets
- Previous experience as a strong Chef de Partie or Junior Sous preferred
- Management or leadership experience preferred
- Able to work autonomously and thrive in a small team environment
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
- Passionate about food, creativity, and working in a fast-paced events environment
- Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
