About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centered support to individuals living with a disability, helping them achieve their goals at home and in the community. You will assist with:
- Personal care and daily living tasks
- Community access and social engagement
- Medication support
- Emotional and wellbeing support
We have various positions available across the Gold Coast, including roles in Upper Coomera, Coomera and Pimpama.

About You
- A caring and compassionate nature – You're patient, empathetic, and a great communicator
- A current Australian driver's license & reliable vehicle
- Current First Aid & CPR qualifications
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
- Diabetes training & experience (highly regarded)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one) & Working With Children Check
- Basic computer skills – Ability to document accurate shift notes and incident reports.
