About the Role:

Beesy Nursing & Support Services is seeking experienced female support workers In this role, you will assist clients with daily tasks such as personal care, household duties, and manual handling. You will also support clients during community outings and appointments, helping them remain connected and independent. This position includes regular shifts at our beautiful new Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Nerang, where you will provide consistent, high-quality care in a supportive, home-like environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant support worker documentation, including Blue and Yellow Cards

  • NDIS Worker Screening, CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and Manual Handling Training are required

  • A Certificate in Disability Services is desired but not essential

  • Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), personal care, and manual handling

  • Minimum 1+ years of personal care experience is required

  • A kind, patient, and enthusiastic attitude

  • Availability to work day, morning, afternoon, and inactive overnight shifts

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required
