Job Opportunity: Female Support Worker – Gold Coast
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable female support worker to provide high-quality care and support to one of our valued participants located in the Gold Coast.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Knowledge and experience in diabetes management
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality personal and social support tailored to the participant's needs
- Assisting with light house cleaning and domestic duties
- Supporting the participant in achieving her community participation goals, including attending outings and social activities
- Encouraging and assisting the participant in making healthy meal choices
- Respecting and upholding the participant's rights, choices, and dignity at all times
- Offering motivation, companionship, and a supportive presence in daily activities
About You:
- You are empathetic, respectful, and dependable
- You have a passion for supporting people with disabilities
- You can work independently and show initiative while following the participant's care plan
