Position Overview

Community Care Links Services is seeking a passionate and reliable casual or part time Employment Support Worker to assist NDIS participants in achieving their employment goals. Your role will be to support individuals with finding and keeping meaningful work, helping them build confidence, independence, and skills for long-term success.

We are particularly interested in people with previous experience supporting participants in job-seeking and job-keeping activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support participants with job-seeking skills, including resume writing, interview preparation, and applications.
  • Provide on-the-job support to help participants settle into and maintain employment.
  • Mentor participants to build confidence, social skills, and workplace independence.
  • Assist with travel to interviews, training, or workplaces where needed.
  • Maintain accurate progress notes and employment plans.
  • Work collaboratively with employers, training providers, and families to ensure positive outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in employment or disability support.
  • Previous experience in job-seeking and job-keeping support (highly desirable).
  • Exceptional communication and mentoring skills.
  • Mandatory checks & licenses:
  • Blue Card
  • Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Screening
  • Completed NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • Open "C" Class Driver's License
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
