We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as Service Availability Manager reporting to Executive Manager – Infrastructure Portfolio and Service Management.

A bit about your role

The Service Availability Manager is accountable for managing and continuously improving IT services delivered by SEO IT, ensuring they meet stakeholder expectations across business units, service delivery partners, and access seekers. The role supports infrastructure and security, drives operational excellence, and ensures partner satisfaction through effective service governance, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities include overseeing service quality, managing incidents and defects, supporting project delivery, advocating for partner experience, maintaining governance processes, and producing performance reports. The role also involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to align IT solutions with business priorities and ensure successful service outcomes.
