Employment Term: Permanent Part Time
Location: Auchenflower, just 5 mins from Toowong Shopping Village and 10 mins from Brisbane City
Remuneration: $37.71 p/hr + 12% Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Your part in The Wesley Hospital team
As the Lead Administration Officer you'll play a vital role in supporting the team in our Patient Services department, providing a tailored service through administrative support, whilst providing an exceptional level of customer service.
What makes a difference for us?
- Highly Desirable to have previous experience in a medical setting or hospital environment.
- You will have previous experience in scheduling.
- Leadership experience
- Experience with SAP - Desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate articulately both verbally and in written communication
- Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to independently prioritise your workload
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your day-to-day work
- An ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing support as required
- Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements, as well as undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment
