We're Hiring: Clinic Relationship Manager (Remote, Part-Time)

Work from Home | 38 hours/week | $40/hr + Super + Bonuses

At DMMR Australia, we help GPs keep patients safer by making in-home medication reviews simple to organise and highly effective. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a confident, proactive Sales Rep to introduce our free referral service to GP clinics and drive new referrals.

Important: You're not "selling" a product. You're introducing a referral partner:

  • No cost to GPs to refer
  • 100% bulk-billed for eligible patients (no out-of-pocket fees)

What you'll do:

Outbound calling & emailing GP clinics to introduce our free referral pathway

Book and run short discovery calls with Practice Managers, Nurses, and GPs

Handle common objections and make it easy to start

Reactivate lapsed clinics

Own your pipeline in our CRM

Share insights to improve scripts, collateral, and campaigns

You'd be a great fit if you:

  • Build rapport quickly with busy clinic teams and lead with value (not hard sell)
  • Are target-driven, disciplined with follow-up, and keep clean CRM notes
  • Have experience in healthcare sales/SDR/account development (ideal, not essential)
  • Care about patient safety and like making a meaningful difference

  • 2+ years in sales/SDR/relationship outreach (healthcare a plus)
  • Strong admin discipline (notes, tasks, scheduling)
  • Reliable home office setup and internet
