Our client; Daikin is a global leader in air conditioning and climate solutions, trusted worldwide for quality, innovation, and service. We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Trade Counter Salesperson to join their friendly team at our Murarrie branch.

About the role:

As the first point of contact for our trade customers, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service at the trade counter and over the phone
  • Assisting with product enquiries, orders, and stock availability
  • Processing sales transactions accurately
  • Coordinating with the warehouse team for order fulfilment
  • Maintaining a clean and safe trade counter area
What's on offer:
  • $35 per hour
  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm

About you:
  • Previous experience in trade counter, sales, or customer service roles
  • Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, or building products (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
