The Role
We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sale team. You
You will play a key part in growing our sales pipeline by setting appointments, preparing quotes, and following up on sales. While this is primarily an SDR position, we're looking for someone capable of executing full-cycle sales when required.
Work arrangement:
- Permanent full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Flexible start time, Monday to Friday).
- 6-month probationary period.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and proactively prospect for new business opportunities
- Book meetings and set qualified appointments for the senior sales representative.
- Prepare and send quotes and pricing proposals.
- Manage follow-ups and close sales when appropriate.
- Maintain and organise CRM data to ensure accurate records.
- Work with the senior rep on executing new sales strategies.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (B2B is ideal, but any sales background is open).
- Strong communication skills, both on the phone and over email.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Confident, mature, and professional in your approach.
