Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Parts Sales Specialist at Farm and Garden Products in Rockhampton. The Parts Sales Specialist will be responsible for daily tasks such as providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, parts interpreting, managing inventory control, and increasing sales.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Experience in inventory control is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Knowledge of outdoor power products and agricultural and construction machinery is a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field is preferred
