  • Full product training so you feel confident from day one.
  • Genuine career growth and professional development opportunities.
  • Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for wellbeing and personal support.
  • Take advantage of discounts and exclusive specials through our business partner network.

  • Develop new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Provide technical advice and reporting on seals, reliability solutions, and pumps.
  • Identify opportunities to expand product sales and provide tailored support.
  • Collaborate with the national sales team on pump-related enquiries.
  • Support customers with pump selection, sizing, and system performance analysis.
  • Deliver reliable, customer-focused service across multiple levels — from technicians to senior management.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years' experience in industrial sales with a solid foundation in mechanical knowledge (essential).
  • Technically adept, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts.
  • Engineering qualification highly regarded but no essential.
  • Working knowledge or general understanding of mechanical seals.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into tailored solutions.
  • Proven confidence in business development, including a proactive approach to cold calling.
  • Self-driven and organised, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically when required.
  • Competent in using computer systems and reporting tools.

If you're looking for a stable, community-focused role with real career potential, we'd love to hear from you.
