We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Product Coordinator to join our team at Community First Bank. This exciting new role offers the opportunity to work under our Product Managers (Assets & Liabilities), supporting the development, coordination, and delivery of our product portfolio.

As a key member of the Product Team, you will play an integral role in helping to deliver on the bank's strategic goals through exceptional product support, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist the product management team in the day-to-day coordination of product initiatives, including project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of deliverables
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the product team
  • Gather and analyse market data to develop insights and assist with the preparation of business reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, IT, and compliance, to ensure the successful launch and ongoing management of products
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of product documentation, including product specifications, user guides, and training materials
  • Monitor and report on product performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely manner

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience within the banking or financial services industry
  • Highly organised and strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in a range of platforms and software including Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Highly motivated and proactive with strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends, insights and anomalies
  • Passion for delivering high-quality customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
