
Workplace Experience Coordinator

Do you have a passion for combining all things Front and Back of House? Do you thrive on variety? As our Facilities Admin Coordinator no two days will be the same for you
You will play an important part in Sodexo's small corporate facilities team working on site with one of our clients based at Macquarie Park.
Your duties will include but not limited to covering reception, managing visitor records, meeting room set up and bookings, and assisting with facilitating catering, mailroom processes, AV/VC support, ordering stationery and kitchen supplies and maintaining staff areas. Plus, you will support with facilities maintenance, organising trades, scheduling maintenance for printers and keeping supplies stocked up. You will also manage specific admin tasks including reporting, generating WO's, arranging couriers and deliveries.
Need I go on You will be the Go-To person for the team.
This role is Monday to Friday 38hrs per week

Who are we looking for?
- You will ideally have previous customer facing experience in a professional environment dealing with clients in a confident manner.
- You will have solid Microsoft office skills and have enthusiasm in learning new systems.
You will be a team player, with a can-do attitude and will be flexible to follow various work instructions and always remain focused on safety and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Australian Citizenship and/or Australian residency, or full Australian working rights
- Able to undergo a pre-employment medical reference and police check
