Key Responsibilities:- Create a positive first impression and ensure seamless workplace operations.
- Oversee daily tasks, manage guest badge management, maintain facilities, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to deliver goods and services efficiently.
- Manage office resources effectively, making cost-effective decisions to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Exemplify exceptional customer service skills, maintaining clear communication with staff, stakeholders, and external contractors.
- Previous experience in a corporate office setting is highly preferred.
- You are an approachable, genuine, and skilled individual who can foster positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and possessing a customer-centric approach.
- Past experience in facilities, customer service, hospitality, or related fields is advantageous.
