- Relevant tertiary qualifications, including certification in workplace rehabilitation.
- A current driver's licence.
- Experience in incident and claims management, human resources, and office administration.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to interpret and apply workers' compensation legislation effectively.
